A young woman returns an elderly widow’s lost purse, leading to an unlikely relationship between the two — until the young woman discovers her elder might not be all that she seems.
Pedro, a 70-year-old homosexual nurse, fervent fan of Greta Garbo, decides to help Jean, a young man who has just been hospitalized and handcuffed for committing a crime. He hides him in his own house until he recovers and in this period, they engage affectively and sexually. This relationship will be essential for Pedro, but it also causes startling changes in himself and in the way he deals with loneliness.
Upon realising her generation won’t have a future unless the world’s politicians act now on climate change, 15-year-old Greta Thunberg skipped school in August 2018 to protest outside the Swedish parliament. What started as a one person strike soon gained global momentum. We follow Greta and the organisers of the school strikes for climate as they are cementing a worldwide movement ahead of their first global protest that took place on March 15th, 2019. It was the biggest climate strike in history with up to 1.6 million students in more than 125 countries.
"Greta Garbo" is a man who possesses the secret of a recipe, or an actor/actress who insists and hopes to always be a muse for someone. The illusion, the power that this creates, its allure, but also its sense of loneliness and insecurity that grips, and finally chooses vanity as a possible substitute for love. A project for Damir Todorovic - artist, actor and performer.
